How To Pay?

•  We provide FedEx, EMS, DHL, UPS or other method for shipping.
• Some of our products are promoted with free shipping (selected countries) by small parc. It’ll take 15-60 days from China to your end(different country, different days). If you need the goods urgently, please contact with us. We’ll choose other type of delivery, but the freight should be paid by yourself.
• SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, paticulary during the holiday season.
• In order to ensure you receive your order with tax free upon import. We will declare it with a lower value.

How To Return Or Exchange?

• For any reason, if you are not satisfied, you can return the product to us in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Before returning the product, please do contact with us for the detailed return & exchange instruction. Please be noted: We will return all your money except the freight and handling fees when you ship it back.

Regarding import duties:

• The price doesn’t include any import taxes and charges,  buyers are responsible for custom duties. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. 
• Buyers should check with local customs office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
• Before signing the package, please check to make sure the product is not damaged during the transportation and whether the product is in it. If not, please refuse to sign it. You will be considered receiving the right product as long as you signed the parcel.
